SUMMARY:TERA S-219 Firing Operations Training
DESCRIPTION:This Fall\, the Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance will offer a series of trainings aimed at teaching our community how to implement prescribed and cultural fire. Folks without experience\, as well as those with experience or prior qualifications\, are welcome to apply. \nThe training focus on learning about Good Fire through an ecocultural lens and are designed for local\, Native community members in Lake County\, though individuals of all backgrounds and from different regions are welcome to apply. Please note that space for the training is limited\, and we will prioritize Native applicants\, as well as those who submit earlier during the application period. Individuals who graduate from the training will also be invited to burn with us during the 2023-24 Lake TREX. \nSign Up for S-219 Firing Operations\, (prerequisite: FFT1) (Two Day course) \nPriority Registration Closes July 31st!
