Ridge Trail Service Day – Skyline Park
November 8 All day
Join the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council, Napa Open Space District, and Skyline Wilderness Park for a trail work day at Skyline! Help keep over 400 miles of Ridge Trail in tip-top shape on Ridge Trail Service Day. As a volunteer, you’ll learn new skills, connect with fellow trail lovers, and make a lasting impact on this important community effort.
Activities will include improving drainage on the trail and invasive plant removal.
No experience necessary. Minimum age: 14
We supply tools, and provide instructions on proper tool use and safety information. Lunch is included as well.
There are a variety of tasks on this project, but much of the work we will be doing will be fairly physical and require strength and stamina. We will also have lighter work available working on invasive plant removal for those who might like a lighter workday.
