Project Development Workshop for Fire Safe Council Leads

This in person workshop will help Fire Safe Council (FSC) leads understand the NCFF and FSC project journey. Through a 2.5 hour workshop, NCFF will empower Fire Safe Council leads on how to get projects done in their community without frustration and with efficiency. FSC leads will learn about mixed funding sources for projects, project scoping, management, and timelines. Through understanding the process, FSC leads will know what type of support NCFF can provide to their fire safe council, and the steps needed to pursue projects in their community.
