Three years after the devastating 2020 fires, we come together to reflect, learn, and forge a path to a safer tomorrow. Join Napa Valley Community Foundation (NVCF) at the Wildfire Resilience Summit, a collaborative initiative hosted by NVCF, Napa Valley Vintners, and Napa Valley Grapegrowers, where our community unites to shape a more resilient future.
This first-of-its kind event gathers a diverse group of voices — civic leaders, policymakers, philanthropists, first responders, fire survivors, forestry scientists, insurance experts and everyday residents — all committed to safeguarding our valley from the devastating impacts of wildfires. Together, we aim to foster dialogue on wildfire prevention and preparedness to ensure the continued vibrancy and success of our community.
- Community Reflections: Engage with a distinguished panel of speakers, including keynote speaker Rep. Mike Thompson, Megafire Action Fund co-founder George Whitesides, and Napa County Supervisors Anne Cottrell (District 3) & Belia Ramos (Board Chair, District 5).
- Forward-Thinking Discussions: Participate in meaningful conversations that focus on the challenges ahead in areas like insurance, forest management, and wildfire prevention.
