Knoxville Blueridge Council Community Meeting

Join the Knoxville-Blueridge Fire Safe Council to learn about planned wildfire prevention projects in the area. Community members can share their concerns and input to help develop the Community Wildfire Protection Plan for your neighborhood. Residents will have the chance to contribute feedback and share what they have done to their own homes to help the Council apply for Firewise USA® recognition for the community.

Firewise USA recognition demonstrates that residents have taken measurable steps to reduce wildfire risk through community-wide planning and mitigation, backed by NFPA and state fire agencies. This recognition can improve insurability and may qualify homeowners for insurance discounts or preferred rates with participating carriers.
