The California Department of Housing and Community Development is providing funding through the ReCoverCA Owner-Occupied Wildfire Mitigation Retrofits program to serve low-to-moderate-income households. Homeowners may be eligible for up to $50,000 for wildfire mitigation retrofits to reduce risk and lessen the impact of future disasters.

Note: Priority is given to low- and moderate-income households – those at or below 80% of area median income (for example, $106,700 for a four-person household).
